Parents only
- Create and develop liaison between parents and the school. Parents to receive details of the current page at least five days before.
- Pupils have access to this site. It is mainly for them. New pages are sent to them at least three days in advance.
- That gives parents time to plan if and when they will help their children.
- Pages for parents are hidden.
- Provide resources which enhance the ability of primary school pupils to learn about science at school and at home.
- Provide resources which enhance the ability of primary school parents to help their children learn about science. The Parents' own blog is here.
- Respond to questions and comment which parents make via page comment or via the link below.
- Pupils are not given contact with the author via any website or blog.
- Pupils should not use the page comment facility. Parents are asked to please ensure that they don't.
- Where possible, text included in the sites is followed by its source. A good practice when pupils are doing their homework and classwork.
- Preparing for later life by giving their backed-up facts and thoughts.
