  1. Create and develop liaison between parents and the school.  Parents to receive details of the current page at least five days before.  
  2.   
  3. Pupils have access to this site.  It is mainly for them. New pages are sent to them at least three days in advance.  

  4. That gives parents time to plan if and when they will help their children.

  5. Pages for parents are hidden.

  6. Provide resources which enhance the ability of primary school pupils to learn about science at school and at home. 

  7. Provide resources which enhance the ability of primary school parents to help their children learn about science.  The Parents' own blog is here.

  9. Respond to questions and comment which parents make via page comment or via the link below.

  10.  Pupils are not given contact with the author via any website or blog.  

  11. Pupils should not use the page comment facility. Parents are asked to please ensure that they don't.

  12. Where possible, text included in the sites is followed by its source.  A good practice when pupils are doing their homework and classwork.  

  13. Preparing for later life by giving their backed-up facts and thoughts.
